2. With respect to time, as time is a factor in being an expert, you are not at 100% to capacity with case, claim, consulting, research, teaching, or other professional/personal commitments.
3. You are a qualified, credible expert witness, consultant, or research professional.
4. You are open to innovation in the legal, consulting and research industries.
5. You are an independent expert, consultant, or research professional.
